Yay! The colonoscopy was a success. Just had some internal hemorrhoids which are common and can be treated with exercise and a high fiber diet. Anyways, I'm in a pretty relaxed mood with the weather and all. Started playing "Reasonable Doubt" and looked up all the original samples. This is my favorite track and sample along with it:
